- An initial charge is made by credit card at order (short-term: full prepayment; monthly plans: the number of prepaid months you select). After the prepaid period, monthly plans are charged the regular monthly rate automatically on the 15th of each month until cancelled.

- Shipped to arrive by your start date. Choose delivery, hotel pickup, or in-person pickup at our office.

Returns and Cancellation

- You may cancel and receive a refund before the start date. On or after the start date, cancellation/refunds are generally unavailable (see Refund Policy).
