These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Wi-Fi router and accessory rental service (the "Service") provided by KURU Mart Co., Ltd. (KEICALL, "we"/"us"). Please read them before placing an order.
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to every customer who uses the Service we provide.
Article 2 (Formation of Contract)
A contract is formed when, after your order, we accept it and payment is completed. We may decline to accept an order if stock is insufficient or payment cannot be confirmed.
Article 3 (Quantity and Handover)
Up to 30 units may be rented per order; corporate use is subject to a separate agreement. Devices may be received and returned by mail/courier or in person at our Shinjuku office.
Article 4 (Rental Period)
The rental period runs from the start date specified at order to the return date. The period generally cannot be changed, though changes may be possible upon prior request.
Article 5 (Extension and Late Return)
Extensions require a prior request. If the period is exceeded without notice, the line may be suspended without warning. After the return deadline (including any grace period), a prescribed daily overdue fee accrues.
Article 6 (Cancellation)
Detailed handling of cancellations and refunds is set out in our separate Refund Policy.
Article 7 (Fees)
Fees consist of the rental charge and shipping. The optional damage-protection pack is priced separately.
Article 8 (Payment)
Payment is by online credit card only. An initial charge (the prepaid amount for monthly plans) is made to your registered card at the time of order; monthly plans are then charged automatically on the 15th of each month after the prepaid period ends.
Article 9 (Fee Changes)
Rental fees may change without notice. The fee in effect at the time of your order applies.
Article 10 (Care of Devices)
Please use and store the device with the care of a prudent manager. Report any loss, damage, or theft to us immediately. You will be liable for the replacement cost of the device.
Article 11 (Damage Protection Pack)
If you join the damage-protection pack, loss, damage, or theft is covered within set limits. A deductible may apply, and fraud, willful acts, war, and natural disasters are excluded.
Article 12 (Prohibitions)
You may not attach to, disassemble, modify, or repair the device, nor transfer, pledge, or sublease it to third parties.
Article 13 (Notes)
The device may not work where there is no signal even within the service area. Delivery may be delayed, and as a precision device it may malfunction.
Article 14 (Fair Use Policy)
Heavy data use may result in reduced speeds. No refund is given even if use is limited by speed throttling.
Article 15 (Disclaimer)
We are not liable for interception of communications, lack of service where there is no signal, or damages arising from the specifications or faults of your own equipment.
Article 16 (Termination by Us)
If there is false information, deterioration of creditworthiness, breach of these Terms, or improper use, we may terminate the contract and suspend the line without notice.
Article 17 (Changes to Terms)
These Terms may change without notice. Revised Terms take effect upon posting on this page.
Article 18 (No Warranty)
We are not liable for damages arising from being unable to use the device for its intended purpose.
Article 19 (Personal Information)
Personal information is handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 20 (Governing Jurisdiction)
Any dispute relating to the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
